Our company was founded in 1994 and attained ISO9001:2000 certification in 2002. Our company is a joint venture which is devoted to research and development, production and sale. Our headquarters is located in Harbin with other offices in Tianjin and Shenyang.

Our company specializes in the research, development and production of chlorinated paraffin and zinc borate flame retardant materials with the production capacity of 20,000 tons per year. Our company has two factories, strong techniques, advanced production technology and testing equipment and professional technicians who have been engaged in chemical manufacture all the time. One plant is located in Wuhai Factory Industrial Park in lnner Mongolia. With superior geographical condition and abundant resources, it is the main production base of chlorinated paraffin. Chlorinated paraffin -70 has excellent flame retardancy and good thermal stability to win recognition of broad customers, with the annual production capacity of 10,000 tons.
